Production Policy
Handmade Craftsmanship:
At Nanbu Studio, every rug is a unique creation, handcrafted entirely by our expert artisans. Due to the nature of our production process, manufacturing times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the design and size selected. We use 100% natural wool from Catalan and Mallorcan sheep, ensuring top-quality products aligned with sustainable and local practices.
Customization:
We offer a wide range of customization options, allowing clients to choose specific colors, sizes, and patterns. Due to the artisanal process and use of natural materials, slight variations in color and details may occur, highlighting the authenticity and uniqueness of our pieces.
Limited Capacity:
As a small team managing the entire crafting process, high-demand periods may lead to a waiting list. We will keep customers informed about updated production and delivery timelines.
Shipping Policy
Free Shipping:
We provide national and international shipping from our facilities in Spain. Free shipping is available for the following countries:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Vatican City.
Shipping to other countries:
For destinations outside this list, customers should contact us via the contact form or email at info@nanbustudio.com. We will evaluate the destination and order to provide a personalized shipping quote before proceeding with the purchase.
Shipping timelines by product type:
- Catalog rugs (non-custom): Processed and shipped within 5 to 14 business days after purchase confirmation, depending on the destination.
- Custom-made rugs: Production takes 2 to 4 weeks, followed by shipping. Customers will be notified when the rug is ready for dispatch.
Estimated delivery times by destination:
- Mainland Spain: 5-7 business days after dispatch.
- Balearic and Canary Islands: 7-10 business days after dispatch.
- International (countries with free shipping): 10-20 business days after dispatch.
Order tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the shipment status in real time.
Important Notes:
- International orders outside the free shipping list may be subject to local duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
- The production time for custom-made rugs must be added to the estimated shipping time.
Returns Policy
Conditions:
At Nanbu Studio, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a 30-day return policy from the date of product delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Non-customizable products: Rugs from our standard collections can be returned as long as they are in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- Custom or made-to-order products: These are not eligible for returns, as they are made exclusively upon request.
Return process:
- Contact our team at info@nanbustudio.com.
- Prepare the product in its original packaging.
- Follow the instructions provided to complete the return process.
Shipping costs:
- Nanbu Studio will cover costs if the product is defective or incorrect.
- In other cases, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refund timelines:
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 7 to 14 business days.
Warranty Policy
Quality Guarantee:
All our rugs are covered by a 2-year warranty, which includes manufacturing defects and issues related to the materials or techniques used.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from daily use.
- Damage resulting from exposure to extreme conditions (humidity, direct sunlight, high temperatures).
- Alterations made by the customer or third parties without authorization.
Claims:
- Contact info@nanbustudio.com with your order number and photos of the defect.
- Our team will assess the case and provide a solution, such as repair, replacement, or partial refund.
